SR Plastics grew out of the Siegal-Roberts Automotive subsidiary, inheriting the sophistication and capabilities of its prestigious sister company. SR Plastics, was established in response to a number of leading non-automotive manufactures who had approached Siegel-Robert for its world class manufacturing capabilitites. Siegel-Robert formed SR Plastics in 2000, building a $22 million state -of-the art molding and robotic assembly plant in Elberton, Georgia, approximately 107 miles from Atlanta. SR Plastics has become a highly regarded producer of rigid dispensers and active closures for personal care markets. The company operates 36 modern injection molding lines and its Southeast-U.S. location is considered ideal for close proximity to major consumer products companies and for low cost production.
