ADF targets companies that manufacture domestic based industrial goods. Typically sought are businesses with a significant investment in fixed assets including machinery and equipment. Many of the targeted companies reviewed by ADF maintain a broad customer base and product lines classified as high-tech or applicable to emerging markets. ADF also targets companies that specialize in the retail and wholesale distribution market. Common amongst these companies is the significant investment in inventory and human capital.

For companies meeting the targeted investment criteria, ADF Capital Partners will finance the investment transaction in three ways. Although many transactions can take on different types of financing structures based on scenerio analysis.

1. Equity Contribution: In this case ADF will invest a set amount for a percentage of the entity.
2. Equity / Debt Leverage: With this alternative ADF will invest a set amount for equity and leverage the company's assets to take a more significant ownership stake.
3. Equity / Debt Combination: An additional alternative is for ADF to provide debt with warrants, equity and debt together or to combine these with stock options for a set price.
